The Agency exclusively represents process, material-handling, and pollution-control equipment of high quality and value in use to the process industries ...food, chemical, pharmaceutical, plastics...  in eastern PA, NJ, the metro NYC area, MD, and DE in the US calling on engineering, operations, and R&D people.  For this territory, we have two field sales people, an office person, as well as part-timers for special mail/phone  campaigns so we can offer concentrated, aggressive, knowledgeable coverage of this important area. 

We also have distributorship relationships for equipment and materials world-wide.

As you can see, my background is strongly technical with an engineering education and hands-on experience in industrial R&D and plant start-up/operations. This background provides a solid base to effectively represent equipment to the process industries because it lets us talk knowledgeably with the buying people in those industries. 

Our mission and approach is to identify, understand, and qualify the customer's requirements, effectively present the principal's capabilities to the client, and make sure each understands the other's requirements and abilities. 

In addition to thorough inquiry follow-up, we proactively support our principals by coordinated direct mailings/e-mailings to the appropriate industry from our database of over 18,000 area professionals with a cover letter and specific product info.   We advertise in two Thomas' Regional Industrial Buying Guides, put ads in the newsletters of appropriate regional professional societies, and maintain this website.   We'd like the chance to talk about putting that kind of support and experience to work for you.
